Wright
–
Founder
and
President (35 years)
Will
is
our founder and leader. It is his vision that drives this
company. His integrity and ideals drive us to always try to build a
better home and exceed our customers’ expectations. |

Rosie
Wade
–
General Manager (31 years)
Prior to joining us in September of 1978, Rosie spent 8 years
developing a love of the Home Building business working for another
custom home builder in our market. In her 28 years at WWBC, Rosie’s
contributions have encompassed everything imaginable in building homes
and running the business. Through the years she has at one time or
another been responsible for everything from financing, to customer
management, to construction management, and everything in between. She
is as comfortable and skilled at overseeing a job site as she is at
running the operations of the business. |

Stephen
Rejko,
A.I.B.D.
–
Designer (31 years)
Steve joined us as our Lead Designer in 1978 and, in collaboration with
Will, has been responsible for designing some of the most beautiful and
oft-imitated homes in our market. Steve’s meticulous nature and his
passion for historical architecture make his designs both
timeless and progressive. Steve has a degree in Construction Technology
and is a member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD). |

Bill
Alexander
– Field Supervisor (23 years)
Bill joined us in 1986 with the desire to pursue his passion for
construction. As with most of our people, Bill has performed many
different duties over the years but has developed a specialty in taking
charge of our Customer support after they have moved into their new
home. Bill is tireless in his mission to solve problems and ensure that
our service exceeds expectations. Bill is a former Teacher with dual
B.S. degrees in Secondary Education and Accounting. |

Mike
Wright
–
V.P.
of
Operations (6 years)
A second-generation employee (Will’s son), Mike joined us in
2004. Prior to returning to the family business, Mike had a long and
successful career as a Consultant and Project Manager in the I.T.
industry. Mike brings a fresh perspective to WWBC and is busy
learning all areas of the business, including estimating, contracts,
financial management, sub-contractor relations, customer relations, and
construction operations. Mike is also leading an effort to develop a
new series of homes that will be pre-designed with pre-defined
selection options while still maintaining the quality, character, and
personality of a purely custom home. |
