Loyal and Experienced Staff
As with any business we are only as good as our people. At WWBC we are very proud of our staff. The homes we build are a direct reflection on them. Not only are they all very talented, knowledgeable, and dedicated, but loyal as well. This loyalty is what makes us unique and has allowed us to be recognized as one of the premier builders in our market. The following are our leaders:

Will Wright – Founder and President (32 years). Will is our founder and leader and it is his vision that drives this company. His integrity and ideals drive us to always try to build a better home and exceed our customers’ expectations.

Rosie Wade – General Manager (28 years). Prior to joining us in September of 1978, Rosie spent 8 years developing a love of the Home Building business working for another custom home builder in our market. In her 28 years at WWBC Rosie’s contributions have encompassed everything imaginable in building homes and running the business. Through the years she has at one time or another been responsible for everything from financing, to customer management, to construction management, and everything in between. She is as comfortable and skilled at overseeing a job site as she is at running the operations of the business.

Stephen Rejko, A.I.B.D. – Designer (28 years). Steve joined us as our Lead Designer in 1978 and, in collaboration with Will, has been responsible for designing some of the most beautiful and oft-imitated homes in our market. Steve’s meticulous nature and his passion for historical architecture contribute to his designs being timeless and progressive. Steve has a degree in Construction Technology and is a member of American Institute of Building Designers (AIBD).

Bill Alexander – Field Supervisor (20 years). Bill joined us in 1986 with the desire to pursue his passion for construction. As with most of our people, Bill has performed many different duties over the years but has developed a specialty in taking charge of our Customer support after they have moved into their new home. Bill is tireless in his mission to solve problems and ensure that our service exceeds expectations. Bill is a former Teacher with dual B.S. degrees in Secondary Education and Accounting.

Eric Heeb – Superintendent (14 years). Eric originally joined us in 1992 as an intern out of Purdue. Following his graduation with a degree in Construction Technology, Eric came on full time in 1993 as a Field Supervisor and later promoted to Superintendent of WWBC. Eric has worked all facets of the construction process and is responsible for all field activities during the construction process. Eric’s technical expertise, along with his skill of working with a diverse group of sub-contractors ensures that all of our homes are consistently of the highest quality and finish in the industry.

Diane Hollibaugh – Project Manager (7 years). Diane joined us in 2000. Prior to joining us Diane had a successful career as an Architectural Designer specializing in Historical Architecture. She also spent many years on remodeling projects getting hands-on experience in design and construction. Here at WWBC Diane has carved out a niche as our remodeling lead. She has also shown a talent in working with our customers to guide them through the process of customizing their home by turning this process into an exciting and enjoyable one.

Susanne Miller – Office Manager (6 years). Suzanne is a second-generation employee (Rosie’s daughter) and joined us in February of 2001 and immediately demonstrated her skills as an Office Manager. In addition to her many daily responsibilities such as payroll, accounting, and cost management, she also tends to be the first person whom customers, bankers, and vendors alike come in contact with here at WWBC. Her friendly and cheerful spirit work well for her and set a great tone for all who come through our door. She also hopes to follow her mother’s footsteps in a long and prosperous career with us.

Mike Wright – V.P. of Operations (3 years). Another second-generation employee (Will’s son), Mike joined us in 2004. Prior to returning to the family business Mike had a long and successful career as a Consultant and Project Manager in the I.T. industry. Mike brings a fresh perspective to the business and is busy learning all areas of the business, including estimating, contracts, financial management, sub-contractor relations, customer relations, and construction operations. Mike is also leading an effort to develop a new series of homes that will be pre-designed with pre-defined selection options while still maintaining the quality, character, and personality of a pure custom home.
